I doubt the official reason is hair color,if it is, I would think a huge law suit is coming...

@Viper she's been working there for 35 years with no problems. she lets' her hair go grey and all hell breaks loose. She needs to sue their ass. Pretty sure the guy who fired her is getting ousted.
