Are some people really obvious to you when they don't know it?

Top | New | Old
I don't understand this question. Do you mean whether I can see through the facade and observe their actions and question where they come from?
Yes, that's what cptsd is for.

Do you mean
"Are some people doing things that are obvious to everyone else when they don't see it for themselves ?"
A definite yes

How would I know that they don't know about it?
turningthekeys · 31-35, F
Yes. I have someone at work. Who is a strict boss. But I can see so clearly that it comes from a place of insecurity. I can see it in his eyes.

Be careful with some of them. Not all play as they may seem.

No two people are alike.

Yes—people can give off clear signals of uncertainty or ignorance without realizing it. Tone, body language, overconfidence, evasive answers, and rapid topic changes are common cues.

But as you noted, be cautious: some may mask uncertainty intentionally (performance, pride, or strategy), while others genuinely misjudge their competence (the Dunning–Kruger effect).

Since everyone is different, combine observable cues with context and past behavior before deciding how to respond or trust them.
Yes. i usually try to mind my biz, but i'm hyper observant of anything and everyone.

My dad. He always asks me how I'm doing and what I'm up to for the day when he has an agenda, and needs me to do something. When he doesn't need me, he could give a flying fig.
