Why I started dying my hair a true story

The first time I ever dyed my hair was in my teens. I dyed it a red burgundy color. The reason at the time was oh I just wanted change and to try something different. It's the same reason I gave when I began bleaching it blond and then silver. It's not all a lie though I really did want to try something new but the real reason was because I couldn't stand how my real hair color made me look. I looked like someone who would be stopped at an airport for an extra search. To me I looked like a terrorist and I hated it. If we go back further I had tried out and was successful in scoring a role in a little movie. I wanted a different part but got stuck playing the indian character and yeah he wore a turban. I was told I looked the part and would be better suited for that role. I always got stuck doing crap like that being made to be the foreign guy and I didn't want that. Same reason I try to stay out of the sun and why I wish I could afford a nose job. Somedays I wish I could erase my middle eastern ancestry entirely or at least disguise it. Maybe in another life I'll get lucky I suppose.
