Ok, I take it back, it looks like:

You were born with your education & life experience

You did not need a job, in fact, you invented jobs

You did not need roads, because you built them yourself

The medical school your doctor attended? You built it yourself, and created the curriculum.

The car you drive? You invented it, mined the steel used in it, invented the wheel, all the electronics, found the oil, and refined it, all by yourself

Your food? You have the land, you planted, tended to, and harvested it all by yourself, and watered it by going to a river stream, using hand buckets, built by you, obviously.
