Volunteer firefighting

13 years in and it’s still the same rush when the pager goes off in the middle of the night. You can get dressed pretty quick when you need to.

One evening a week after most peoples normal full time jobs, and if not, on weekends sometimes too@Rickg

Some departments are that way if they have lots of firefighters but we are on call and carry a pager 24/7@Rickg
