I Am a Volunteer

I'm one of the volunteers of an English service at my church, and I'm like the Head of the program. Lately I have been busy with my thesis defense prep and my theater show. Yet, the service's working plan seems not showing any progress as I haven't got time to take care of it. Now, the upper management like keeps telling me to run back the service and at the same time most volunteers are like ghosts, they are there, but not giving any positive response. We have a Whatsapp group to maintain communication (cos most of them are busy workers), I talked to them about going back to the track, but silence is in the air. Looks like I have left this group too long, or? Now I feel like no interest at all to run the service again.
