I don't understand people's actions anymore

Why people go out of their way to hurt others....the only thing that comes to mind is that they are a user...

I get what you mean, especially when it feels deliberate and aimed at hurting someone. That’s the part that’s hardest to wrap your head around.

I understand. I think part of the difficulty is that not everyone is acting from a clear place of logic sometimes it’s emotion, insecurity, or projection, and it comes out in ways that feel really confusing or harsh.
