can anyone understand this

when i'm down in the dumps, feeling lonely etc, the last thing i like to see is people/women laughing, happy and grinning - that makes me feel really angry, to the point of feeling enraged.....because i see it as not being fair that i have to suffer loneliness and struggles, whilst they have the good life?

like i was just watching the tennis and wimbledon and i saw lots of men and women in the crowd grinning, smiling and laughing and it made me feel really angry?

can anyone understand this and how can i not feel like that?

I understand how tough that feeling is. It’s hard when it seems like others are happy while you’re struggling.

Remember, everyone has their own battles, even if it’s not visible.

Try to focus on small things that bring you peace or joy, and be kind to yourself—your feelings are valid. If it helps, talking to someone you trust or a professional can make a big difference. You’re not alone in this.
Yes, I can understand and relate to this feeling.
As for sloughing off this feeling, the main thing of course would be to get yourself to a happier state, feeling better about your life. But in the meantime you might remind yourself that when you reach that happier state, you won't want other people to resent you for it.

Looks are deceiving. Just because people look happy does not mean that they are.
