Diagnosis Titles

I Dont understand why so many people are hung up on what a therapist or anyone in that profession diagnoses them with, title wise? WHY let someone else define you? DO we , you , have to have a legit reason to change? TO be justified?

WILL this make you less or more vulnerable?

I have never put much stock in psychologists / therapists. I’ve always felt that I can solve my own dilemmas, and if I can’t, then I can tell God about it

@Ambroseguy80 yeah they dont always help and they really are just regular people ... just basically paying soneone to listen. How i look at it now.

@Ambroseguy80 well ... my 1st one for 12 years was $55 then $65, but she abandoned her clients .. my new one is affordable. $35.
