Would you consider having elocution lessons? Would you consider making your children have them if it's already too late for you?

Being well spoken helps one acquire a more prestigious and emotionally fulfilling careers. When I overhear young people on the bus and other forms of public transport- even if they are able to refain from swearing- I'm aghast at some of the regional accents I hear and find it hard to believe they will ever have an edifying career.

with the amount of media there is that can demonstrate different ways to present yourself linguistically, i think most people choose to talk the way that they do purposely and dont give a flying fuck about having an "edifying career" lol, but honestly, i think it would be a nice thing to learn personally regardless of what they did with it
