I Have Trust Issues

After few similar incidents I always feel worried about my stuff.
I wanna trust people but sometimes they give me reasons not to

@IJustWantToSleep: agreed. Don't lend anything you're not willing to give away, including money. I'll lend, with the understanding that they are to pay it back, but if I can't afford to give it, I don't lend it.....except to people I know I can trust, and in my case, that's mostly family.

Usually when I give small things like 1 - 50 dollars or a pen or any small item I don't expect to get it back

@Imani283: wow, three out of three jerks. That's a really bad average. I'm thinking, the odds are in your favour. The more jerks you encounter, the more likely the next one will be a good guy. Unless .............. you keep dating the same guy, with different face and name. Try changing your criteria.
