I used to believe that in general, men were less drama ridden and more trustworthy than women. Now I don't believe anyone is trustworthy.

What's your opinion?

I'm trustworthy. My wife can ask me any direct question and knows she'll get the truth. I seriously hate drama. We can solve problems without attacking each other. We address the problem from the same side of the table.
So that's how I know some people are trustworthy.

@LadyBronte I'm sorry you've been so burnt. I'm not untouched, I've been burnt more than once - and in the past long ago I messed up also. It taught me that truth isn't a convenience. It's like bringing something of immense value into your life, like a treasure. Everything glows differently when you hold it, with a clarity like fresh morning air. But it's also costly. The price is facing up to yourself, being prepared to lose money, admit wrong... which teaches you it's not worth doing wrong! You have to be prepared to lose face. Ironically, real irony, losing face brings respect.
