I'm really glad Keisha won. The polls were a lot closer than the final result.

It's a great day. I told you things would get better :)

We are back babbbbbyyyyy!!!

That's awesome!

And there's also Peggy Flanagan who is the first Native American woman to serve in the Senate and even Nebraska elected their first Latina to serve the state in Congress. Overall, 17 women were elected Governor which is a new record. Well done America.

Fantastic day for democracy. First time in two years that I've felt a lot of hope.

A strong turnout by female voters too, which heavily influenced the blue wave.

How are we feeling today, friend? 😁

I live in Ohio and Amy was the woman I voted for Governor.
I voted very early but really enjoyed the concert performed by Olivia Rodrigo in which she promoted Amy and even gave her a bouquet.

Great day for Democracy 🫡

It's interesting to compare the faces of these women of dignity, with those of Trump's White House bunnies.

I feel tempted to say "Welcome back to the civilized world, my American friends"

Anyone know yet the percentage turnout who voted?

Lovin' that new profile pic my friend. 🙂

This actually made me a bit emotional, like it’s restored some of my faith in the American pubic. Of course it’s also sad that it took so long for women to rise to these positions of power but I’m gonna choose to look on the bright side for a change.

I wonder what those ladies are looking at? I mean, apart from Deb Haaland, they are all looking in the same direction?

🥰
