Middle aged and Emotional

Any other women out there going through every possible emotion all at one time? I cry at everything. Good, bad, mad, sad! Here come the waterworks. I can’t be alone out there. Where are my sisters in solidarity lol? I’m so glad I’m here to age, but boy are the emotions getting me good!. I guess menopause is about to slap me right in the face lol

My wife went through this with early-onset* menopause - she found HRT to be immensely helpful for her, though I know this varies wildly. I'd consider discussing it with your PCP, at least.

*questionable phrase, I know, but it's what I got told
