Middle aged and Emotional

Any other women out there going through every possible emotion all at one time? I cry at everything. Good, bad, mad, sad! Here come the waterworks. I can’t be alone out there. Where are my sisters in solidarity lol? I’m so glad I’m here to age, but boy are the emotions getting me good!. I guess menopause is about to slap me right in the face lol

Been there, done that. I had an early menopause and it was pure hell, so many different symptoms from joint pain to what felt at the time like dementia on top of the usual roller coaster of emotions and hot flushes day and night.

I feel for you, it's not fun and most Dr's are dismissive of it, which doesn't exactly help.

It does get better, I promise.
