That’s how I respond to most texts. The harder they are to talk to the more plain my replies are to them.

The ones that bothered me most were the ones who say stuff like.. ' hi, i really like yr post, i thinknyou are very interesting and ud like to talk to you' so id reply asking which post and they'd say, ' i can talk about anything....what do you want to know? Ask me anything!! '

A good PM stopper usually is to ask them about themselves. They really don't want to say anything about themselves. They want you to talk about yourself. That's how catfish get info about you.

There's nothing worse than 1, 2 or 3 word "discussion" Or when it's all one sided and nothing is coming back the other way.

I'm not good at small talk and the group mergers are causing confusion because some are now the opposite of what I originally joined. :(

When I would still answer just any message, yes. Believe me, I'd do my damndest to be engaging and keep the conversation, but some of these individuals just were not chatty. It's like, then why the hell did you message me and are still doing so?!

This! This is why I don't respond to messages with only the word "hi" the conversation is awkward and weird. Then they'll ask "what do you want to talk about?" I dunno you messaged me!
