Communion wine still in a common cup?!

Just came from a funeral and they were using a common cup to drink from. Intinction wasnt even an option! I asked! I guess they missed the whole covid thing and haven't accepted microbiology and disease transmission.

In my country even during quarantine old people were still going to church having communion from the same cup and spoon. I mean it's said that if it falls on the floor, the priest has to eat it off it so there's always worse I guess.

That’s crazy. More funerals, anyone ? People are still dying from this disease.
