What would you say is the difference between judgement and observation?

observation leads to judgement. But observation must be non-judgemental. One has to observe the full course and not dictate the course mi way by their own judgement. So an unbiased observation unviels judgments which are like steps in a ladder. Without Judgments one cannot progress or escalate in life.
