@LoneVoice Usually when someone has a laundry list of "red flags", they are typically in bad shape themselves.

It's like they pretty much eliminate what FEW prospects would be willing to deal with their baggage.

@CestManan That's what I have found as well. The ones who have a list of demands actually are worse and have more red flags than those they put under a microscope. 😂
