Is this a red flag?

My friend started acting extra friendly 5 weeks a ago, I told him at the beginning that I got out of a bad relationship so i wasn't looking to date anyone at the moment, He clearly knew i was drunk when a few nights ago he asked me out. VERY drunk me agreed,
But as someone who i thought was responsible why would he do that? Number too he literally love bombed me and we have a few mutual friends in our inner So he repeats so many times , don't tell anyone we talk. I'm taken back because one i would never because it's not even serious, but why would he keep love bombing me to , turn around and say don't tell anyone we talk (mind you repeatedly)🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

The first thing I would do is tell everyone.

@SnailTeeth 😆😆 That would be funny

@RadiantRose Nonono, it sounds like there's a wolf in your henhouse. I would tell the inner-circle in confidence (at least the women in your inner).

@RadiantRose It's not like people just arrive at these conclusions out of boredom. I'm not suggesting you cast him out, or even react to this indiscretion. But I'm sure you have at least one confidant, and it's important to be on a team if this guy turns out to be something more than just a social oaf.

@SnailTeeth True, because he might turn around and say something about me first, yes i will tell a trusted friend

@RadiantRose Bingo. That's the first thing narcissists do when they implode, or are faced with the part of themselves they're not ready to change. They create doubt and cast as much shade as possible, so they don't lose their minions. I hope this guy isn't a predator, he probably isn't, but it's good you recognise these things.
