There's some silicon things with various knobbly ends I got specifically for ear cleaning. Is it recommended by health professionals? Almost certainly not.

But I need to itch my brain without just impacting earwax damnit

@CountScrofula I’ve had those before! It feels good but not in the same way a qtip does.
