At least a tiny drop of Worcestershire sauce goes into practically everything, one of the most important ingredient in the kitchen. Combined with soy sauce it's in every stir fry I can think of. Add a little honey, cider, olive oil, brown sugar and oregano and it's part of the best salad dressing possible.
It's hard to imagine life without Worcestershire sauce.
@Heartlander Just a little bit is good for a lot of dishes where you want a flavor so subtle that someone else can’t put their finger on what exactly makes it taste better. I live about 3 blocks south of a Sonic and can smell their burgers grilling when I’m outdoors there’s a slight breeze to the south….smells like ground beef, onions, Worcestershire Sauce and ketchup. Make my mouth water. So I have made burgers with that combo and they are really good. Have only made them in a skillet but need to grill them outdoors sometime.
@cherokeepatti :) it also goes in most marinates. Just the whiff of Worcestershire sauce when preparing the marinate, hours before cooking, can be included in the whole dining experience.
