What do you do when someone pressures you to do something you don't want to?

I usually end up doing it anyway

Refuse.

If it doesn't go against what matters to me, I may just do it and be done. If it goes against what I believe is right... digging my heels in and not budging.

I am always good when working under pressure.

Remind myself hitting people is wrong

I get in trouble in these situations.
