Just had a heated phone conversation with some dumbass employee at my workplace 💢

It started with a mail inquiry from one of the broads in the lodge part of the casino I work at. Basically asking me to prioritize mail for them and deliver it immediately when it comes in. Yeah, that’s not happening. They’re not accounting, they’re not the gaming commission… When I tried politely explaining how there are other departments whose mail requires greater precedence, she started getting all pissy with me about it. All trying to argue how they’re responsible for a lot of our guests and shit, all while talking over me, which I fucking hate! But like, is she trying to tell me that the working the lodge is more important than casino operations?! I kinda wish asked that, but it didn’t come to mind at the time. She probably wouldn’t have listened anyway, since she wasn’t listening to much else of what I was saying and kept interrupting me. I was getting pissed and told her at one point “I will explain it to you if you quit talking over me!” After she kept doing it, I finally had enough and asked her “Are you going to keep interrupting me?” She answered “Yes, I am!” So I responded with “Then figure it out for yourself,” and hung up. Fucking idiot… If she wants to try pleading her case with the higher-ups, good luck to her stupid ass.
