First ever rant 😠

I went to one of my favorite restaurants tonight and ordered a cheeseburger. This place has about the best burger in town, but not tonight! I ordered it well done. My burger just can't have any pink in it. They bring it out and I get it all fixed up when I see some red on the bun. I take a knife and open the burger up. The interior was medium rare. I am sorry, but what part of well done is medium rare. My server comes over and I show it to him. Now at this point it has all the condiments, pickles, onions and lettuce on it. You know what he says? Would you like me to have them finish cooking it for you? I don't think so! I want a new burger cooked right. So he takes it away and I wait for another burger to be cooked. The second one comes out and even the cheese on top is burned. They are lucky I like them and have had a hundred burgers here over the years or I wouldn't be back. Thanks for listening. First ever rant here is over.

This is terrible business. I know from reading an article posted on a medical site a few days that some people shouldn’t be consuming undercooked meat…if you are over 65 you don’t have the same defenses as you did when you are younger and it could make you sick enough to be hospitalized. Ground beef is a lot worse than steak because it has dozens or hundreds of different cow meat mixed all together. I don’t blame you for speaking up. They could get sued if you got sick. Someone I know had a girlfriend that lived in Tiajuna and bought chicken at a Walmart store there. She ended up having a miscarriage before it had some type of germ in it that made others sick as well. They paid for her medical & hospital care.
