Bit of a rant, couldn't find a job for a while and now I got one

But straight from the first days I started working 10-13 hours and I'm smashed, today my employer asked me if I'd stay till the clinic's closing time at 9pm despite being there since 6:40am and not like I could say no.

Years ago i worked at McDonalds they constantly tried to get me to stay over. In the beginning i did but over time i felt taken advantage of especially when i had to fight with them about my shift being over and me asking them who will take mt spot. Then they got mad at me for wanting to leave at my scheduled time! After awhile when they asked me to stay i said no and eventually they got the hint.
