How do you treat someone who think they're better then you?

I just treat them how id treat anyone else. I act oblivious to their snobbery. Let them have their moment.

I let them have their way. There are always other people to play with.

I usually don't react to them or treat them any different from anyone else. I realize that what they think doesn't really have a direct influence on me other than my feelings and I choose not to associate with people like that if I don't have to or let them affect me as best as possible. Now if they try to do things to mess with my life, I use the direct approach without emotion because that's what they usually want to get from you, an emotional response.

Oh, honestly I have no time for people like that . I would treat them as though they didn’t exist . 🤷🏻‍♀️

It depends. If they are disrespectful I outright read them. I avoid immature people and drama. I would otherwise ignore them.

Leave them to it. I won't interact with them unless necessary though. No time for arrogance.

With disdain as I dont like to be looked down on. To me everyone is equal. I look up to my managers but thats it.x
