I Need to Rant

@SatanBurger Having children is TOTALLY selfish in my eyes. People do it to improve their own lives without thought to the struggles the child will face.

@Quizzical Agreed, she says people only love dogs because they are bred "specifically" to please that person but what about kids? One can't assume that all parents have kids out of good intentions or even loves them. People sometimes have kids because they think they are mini me's. They have no thought for the kids welfare what so ever. Some people do it for attention and others just think they want kids but then find out they can't party no more.

@SatanBurger I've always felt that a little more thought about the future and a little less selfishness and there would be fewer abandoned and abused children in the world.

@Quizzical I'm of the opinion that the world won't be a better place unless we're kinder to animals. People who abuse animals (mind that there's still legal abuse out there such as experimentation,) usually have the dark triad of personality traits. Whether they do it legally or illegally. The ones who do it legally are able to hide their narcissism and traits simply better than the previous.

I can't know for sure that all people who say they love dogs more than people are "good people" but I think of them more highly than others just for the above reason alone.
