Why are politicians scared of the anti-women transactivist movement?

What policy do you want passed?
@CountScrofula None. I want science to prevail and basic rights for women to prevail.

@EarthlingWise How do you do that? Be specific. Let's say you run the world. What changes?
@CountScrofula Did I ever say I would like to run the world? I only strive to survive in his damn world.

@EarthlingWise The reason I'm asking this is your question implies a social problem and I'd love to know what you would like to do to fix it.
@CountScrofula I'd like our society to value the quest for truth, humans are not just consumers, I see people defining themselves as things instead of conscious human beings.
This ludicrous movement and the fact politicians pretend they don't see the king is naked only shows that our society has absolutely no regard for female people, women are expected to accept every whim from men, every form of self-denial. "Yes, my dear, you're a woman, of course."

@EarthlingWise This is all very abstract. What do you do with all the trans people? How do you stop this 'movement'?
@CountScrofula I tell doctors to respect their science instead of abusing vulnerable people, I tell politicians to behave in a responsible way instead of fearing to be labelled one way or another. I tell people to value education over slogans.
Which means no operations , these surgeons are only having fun experimenting things on people. It means no change of sex on I-D papers, no men in women competition, no men in women prisons. It means helping people respect the body they have unless they need surgery for health issues.
@EarthlingWise hear hear

@EarthlingWise There we go now we're talking, specifics.

So medical professionals have to prescribe medicine, do surgeries, and conduct therapy according to your rules. This will stop new trans people from coming out and transitioning.

What do you do about all the current trans people? There's like a million of them in the US.
CountScrofula · 41-45, M
@EarthlingWise Eh lemme get to the point of this.

I'm accusing you of advocating for genocide. Specifically, your view on trans people which is explicitly anti-science and flies in the face of the medical profession is heinous. The notion you'd want to FORCE doctors to ignore their own medical advice and instead implement your political bigotry is horrific.

I am so fucking scared for my trans friends and family right now. Laws are being passed everywhere to take away their rights.

People like you are going to lead them to forced conversion. To jail. To their deaths. And you'll be cheering as people who never did a fucking thing to you are slaughtered.

You're a monster. [@startmiz] and so are you.
@CountScrofula proves my point.

@CountScrofula Thank you Count. :)

I think even the anti-trans like Starmitz and Earthling should be concerned because suppose trans rights are taken, genocide, etc... Who's rights will be eliminated next? What group of people will they want to kill off next?

It is like, "Do not mock someone's misfortune, you might be next." It would do the anti-trans quite well to remember that.
