I think there's a trend here to stereotype males over a certain age. Not all of us chase young women. I would never follow a young woman unless she had friended me first, and I am sure that many guys follow a similar protocol.
We can all engage on an intellectual level, without it becoming smutty. Polls like this just reinforce the stereotype.
If the question was reversed, we can all imagine the flaming that would go on.
