168 hours from now I'll be in NY finally - FINALLY meeting you in person. This has been a long time coming. Over two years of knowing each other, knowing that we're only one state away. And in seven days I'm driving six and a half hours west and looking forward to snapping your spine with the largest hug I've ever given anybody.

I don't know that this one could turn out bad. We're immensely close. Very important to each other. She doesn't get along with many people, so the fact that she really wants to meet me rather than continue talking electronically is telling. We've shared enough about our lives to be at a point where we tell each other pretty much anything.

Well, it could work out for the best. Just be on guard... no need to ruin the moment, but no need to throw every caution to the wind either. It could be magical... but don't get caught up in an illusion (or a scam). So, keep your wits about you. And, bring protection. And, make sure someone knows where you will be. And, don't rush into anything.
