I did that as a child and I do that as an adult. Very grounding and can lift the soul. So glad spring is arriving so I can do this again soon.

@Luckylu I reverted back to my childhood in that way also. It won’t be long until we’re going to be able to reset and recharge in nature.

I found I have to recharge in nature even if it is only stepping out my back door and letting the air touch my skin.

@Luckylu Until recently frostbite could have been an issue. I’m excited to be able to walk barefoot on the grass again.
