Both, but only for myself on either.

It depends on the situation. If I am supposed to lead, I lead. If someone else is the designated leader, I gladly follow and offer advice in private if needed.

I'm a better leader than a follower but I prefer to march at my own drumbeat on my own.

Issue based I'm afraid. I don't waste my time on the outrage of others unless I think it has merit.
