When you receive criticism, do you become defensive or do you listen?

Depends who the criticism comes from and if it's constructive. I can accept it if it's coming from a good place and the intent is ultimately to build me up. I've known some people who have only wanted to tear me down and steal my happiness. Those I have no problem cutting out of my life if that's an option.
