This little light of mine...🎶

I'm going to let it shine....
It brings my Shadow into sight.
I've been doing some ...down and dirty Shadow work.
Sigh...
I had to go deep, allow memories, emotions to merge Consciously.
Ouch!
I had to begin with my inner child. The ugliness, pain and shame game.
I'm hugging my inner child these days. She is finally healing because I love her and I do not want any more harm to come to her. She's a good soul. She can come out of hiding. I can protect her now that i am strong!!

The cry we hear from deep in our hearts,comes from the wounded child within. Healing this inner child's pain is the key to transforming anger, sadness, and fear.
