How long until you decide to replace the lights?
At my work I guess it's not important to have many lights, most are burned out and need replaced. Doesn't that become a safety issue, having so many lights out? I would think so.

I've found that some offices disable lights to reduce light intensity (or save money on lighting) so a light that's not illuminated might just be disabled on purpose.
