Society is shallow
@iamonfire696 I’d have to generally agree, but not everyone in a society is

@Ghostinthemachine Most people are and some just want to have it all.
@iamonfire696 how much is too much?
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
@Ghostinthemachine People who end up disfiguring themselves because they get so much plastic surgery.
The people who want to have so many beautiful people in their lives that they lie to them to keep them.
People who end up starving themselves to be as skinny as famous people are.
All the commercialism to look perfect, the clothes, handbags, accessories, etc. it’s all too much.

@iamonfire696 I agree, that’s all much too much

@Ghostinthemachine Well lots of people feel differently about that.
It’s crazy how it gets to the point where it’s so obvious that people have had cosmetic surgery and start looking malformed but they think they look great.

@iamonfire696 it’s sad, and it doesn’t help that those closest to them enable them by telling them how good they look, when they actually look like frozen faced monsters

@Ghostinthemachine “frozen faced monsters” 😂 that’s exactly what they look like.
