We don't actually "give up time" to make money, we actually SELL our time at an hourly rate of pay in exchange for the money we'll receive at the end of the week for the sale of our time.

That is why as an employee 'selling your time in exchange for money', you will never become rich.

By selling your time for money, you will never become richer than your employer.
