I hate it when my skeptimeter is set off

It makes me question everything someone does. I try to talk it out with my best friend, but he just enables that meter to swing higher lol

I wish people would just be who they are. Then I wouldn't have to deal with distrust. 🫤

I guess that depends on what actions they did. I’ve always believed that you make positive deposits in relationships with people so when something off does happen, it’s something that can be dealt with.

Maybe that’s naive but it’s worked for me.

@BillyMack My trust is easily given, until it isn't. Then it takes a lot to get me to rebuild it.

I prefer to trust everyone upfront and let them whittle away at that on their own if that is their intentions.

Once bitten, twice shy, I guess.
