When something outside of your (or potentially anyone's) control goes wrong. Who do you blame?

"Wtf dad! My phone keeps malefunctioning". "Must be the government!"
When i drop the controller or my phone battery dies or if anything goes wrong.
Instead of getting upset i just assume it was government that is to blame!
I muted the tv by accident during a pivotal scene.
Must have been the government again!
