I met very stuck up doctor who worked at the Great Ormond Street hospital for children in London, who never introduced himself to patients parents and had bad attitude to ignore any suggestions from me.
I told him off right away, he thought of himself too high and I just can't stand stuck up people even if they were in superior position.
Next year when we visited for yearly checkup, he was a totally different person...
He greeted us with warm smile and shaked hands and carefully listened to us... he was a totally changed man after I told him off frankly and rightfully.
I was glad to see him treating other people with care and worked more professionally...he was a medical director.

@Eyeinthesky Unfortunately that happens far too often despite them being trained to greet and listen to patients. I'm sorry you experienced that and I'm glad things turned around
