@SnailTeeth one thing I hate to be is a nuisance, I'm sure most would feel the same.
Communication. Talk with the said nuisance. Try to fix it.
If it can't be fixed, then move on.

@Nevaeh0081 What if you move on, but they follow you everywhere? And they cover your windowsill in bread so that seagulls wake you up every morning? How is one supposed to heal that? I don't think one can recover once their reputation has become synonymous with being the guy who wakes the neighborhood up with seagulls every morning. What if this person is trying to assassinate your character? And then they start going steady with your mum, and become your dad. Then what?
