I Am Disgusted At Humanity

I finally told my neighbor not to spit where we walk.
I heard him do it again out my window. so I opened my window.
I tried to be nice about it. asked him how he was doing first. talked about the unemplyment situation. He said he has been calling like 100 times a day. Told him I wasn't able to get through to some state websites too.
Then I asked if he could do me a favor.
"It's kinda weird but I hear him clearing his throat and seen him a couple times if he could not spit where we walk. It's kinda weird with the pandemic going on and stuff."
He looked at me really weird and said no problem. But I got an awkward feeling.
We'll see how it goes.
I guess the worst that could happen is he spits on my front steps when I am not home.

@Keepitsimple I just hope he respects me for speaking with him in person. They seem to be the kind of people that don't take well to notes left on their door. I can only hope his fiance finds it gross too. He never does it when she is home or around.I still feel super awkard having to bring it up though to a guy that just bought the place next door and I have never talked to more than saying "hi".
