I Believe In Humanity

After watching documentaries about mangyans and native tribes, i feel so depressed. Knowingly I've seen them in the city begging for food. I couldn't believe I'll just pass by and didn't even take a look on how they feel. We are all human but sometimes circumstances make us less human 😞... In the world where i live i feel so ashamed, it just took me 30 mins. To realize that this people i ignore are just one of a million who is trying to survive.

While we may be tempted to just hand money to homeless panhandlers, it's most likely safer and more efficient to donate to a credible charity and then refer those panhandlers to it. That way, you know that fake pan-handlers won't capitalize on your generosity (as has been known to happen in that past). Best of luck and I appreciate your empathy!
