I have an unpopular opinion on this, I think everyone has value in some form, even the really bad people who do abhorrent things. There is indirect value because other humans learn skills like compassion or how to support which we might not have done if not for the impact of their actions. As long as we are in the world and we are interacting with other humans, we have value in some form.

Value as they, themselves are a human; however, if they are repetitively causing harm to others and/or society then no.

I used to think so.(at least those within my lifetime). Sadly, lately I have found their are some that hold absolutely no value.
