Do you realize rights are only temporary?
Rights aren't rights if someone can take them away. They're privileges. That's all we've ever had in this country is a bill of temporary privileges

In theory nobody has rights, all of what humans have are just constructs anyways that's why in certain cultures, certain things are more offensive than other cultures is because of those constructs. And in nature there is no morality nor emotional attachments.
However, this is just my point of view, from what I know of evolution is that diversity actually strengthens species, not weakens it. The less diverse, the more weak so having rights is the logically sound thing to do. Having rights for the betterment of people to thrive because a weak and sick society is an already dead one.
So we don't actually have rights but we should and I refuse to believe that it's okay to "not" have rights.
Not saying you're implying that but I do know some people genuinely don't believe that humans should have rights where as I think certain rights are innate and given for the purpose of evolutionary benefit.
