What will happen to humans if the AI takes over?

I don't think it's going to take over anytime soon. It may seem Intelligent, but all it does is copy/paste bits of work done by humans into new combinations. It doesn't really understand what any of our questions or its own answers mean.

The premise of every new technology has been that it will give humans more leisure time, but it never works out that way. If humans survive at all, a future of drudgery, tending to the needs of the machines, seems likely. :(

Star Trek may not be far off with the Borg except instead of outside aliens it may come from within. 🙃

three day weekends

Three entities will eventually ruin AI anyways just like they do everything else - google, scammers, and advertisers.

The earth needs a reset , so I am ok with it.

We will take over
Fish food humans
And force our narrative on a sunny day
That's good to hear me
Don't resist just let me know when you get there
