Do you ever feel like you could accomplish more if people believed in you more?

Just a feeling like wishing someone who doesn't just expect you to succeed but quietly encourages it would be in your life.
Of course, when children grow up if they're constantly told they aren't good enough or can't do something, the child will grow up with low self esteem and will lack confidence. However if they are encouraged and supported they will feel confident and have good self esteem. It's the same in our adult lives, it's alot easier if you are encouraged than when you are not.

I guess it's like gambling and they're not taking any chances because they don't gamble.

Sometimes you find that outside of where you think you should be getting that from.
Seems I had to do it alone...used to it..

[c=004A59]I know that it helps; I've had experience with it. When people believed in me, it gave me just enough extra strength and motivation that I accomplished more.[/c]
Yes, and that's a rare find to really find. I will note though you can't limit yourself to what other people think of you, but yes support is lovely.

It depends. At times I like a good challenge. To prove them wrong.
