Why is nobody debating this truth with their opposition?

I guess you can just say everything that the West has, says and does is haram, but you drive cars made in the West and you use cellphones that are produced for Western companies to sell and use……

They will likely just shout out “Islamophobia” when in truth it is just an invitation to debate the words they shout. So debate the fact, yes FACT that in the traditional history of Islam, Allah has three daughters but Yahweh (the God of Abraham, of Isaac and of Jacob) has a Son who was sent through a human birth to attest to the Truth of the Gospel.
