Are there medical eureka(s) for HIV/AIDS?

Way back I heard the gecko(s) are being used as treatment for HIV/AIDS. Hmm... maybe the antibodies of the cold-blooded lizards. Anyways...

The prophylaxis are effective---HPV vaccine before being sexually active and the vaccine shot(s) worth 500k per year!
But that works if you are still not infected!
But once infected they prescribe.. antiretrovirals!
